Yoga For Health

Health is wealth. without a good health, the money we earned will be of no use…. !
There is nothing in our life that is more valuable than good health. Without health, there is no happiness, no peace, and no success.

Our health depends on upon several factors, such as food, pollution, sleeping habits, mental condition, air, water, friends, family problems, and sunlight. Morning walks and Physical exercises are very helpful for the fitness of our mind and body.
There are various Asanas in Ancient Yoga. but among all the asanas the most powerful and Easy one is MEDITATION…. !

Meditation is a subtle & precise approach. It is a simple technique of learning to pay attention to and understanding the various levels of ourselves, the body, the breathing process, the aspects of stress and so on.

As time passes, you may find that you like the positive results from meditation. The act of meditation brings with it increased joyfulness, mental calmness, clarity, and awareness.

Meditation is a kind of medicine, its use is only for the time being. Once you have learned the quality, then you need not do any particular meditation; then the meditation has to spread all over your life…. !

As a health conscious person, I used to wake up early morning 4:00AM, do meditation for around 15 min. Hit the Gym around 5:00AM by walk… ! I don’t use my bike to reach the gym. B’coz one advantage of waking is we will get fresh air..!
I read a book on meditation which I want to recommend is ” The Little Manual of Meditation” written by Vikas Malkani. which I feel personally good book to learn Meditation. There are many other Meditation books which you may Buy, Enjoy your Healthy Body and Soul.

The most Promising sentence I liked about Meditation is ” Prayer is when you talk to God; Meditation is when you listen to god “.
